We can work with you to obtain flights, accommodation and airport transfers. We can arrange for you to tie up with our property agents in Paphos who will work with you to identify additional property you may wish to view. Our agents will not be your shadow throughout your stay. You are responsible for the cost of your own airfare and accommodation, as well as your legal, survey and banking costs.

• If you have a series of properties in your mind before you leave the for Cyprus, we will spend time with you and take you to each of the property’s you want to see, we can arrange meetings with the developers and owners or we can show you alternatives meeting your requirements.
• We will help you open bank accounts in Paphos with the banks of your choice or with the bank relevant to your mortgage provider.
• We can introduce you to Mortgage lenders, solicitors, surveyors and discuss with you the advantages or otherwise of a developers own purchase schemes. We can assist you with raising funds in the UK to put down as a deposit or for full purchase.
• We can assist you in the selection of the finishes for the kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. The selection of personalized tiles and work units can help create your own individuality.
• We will monitor the construction (if applicable) of your home and send regular updates and photographs. As well as arrange accommodation for you for viewing visits.
• We can provide a service to you whereby either you purchase your furniture, white goods and all internal equipment, and we can arrange storage of this until the apartment is ready for habitation, or you can provide us with a budget and we will furnish the property for you (this includes erecting flat pack items).
• We can include your property in our rental package and work with you to maximize your investment.
