New Home Cyprus is an independent UK based company rich

Scotland and we have an associate office in Paphos, Cyprus.
As of 1st January 2008 Cyprus
is adopting the Euro as its currency at the agreed conversion rate of
1.71Euros to the £cyp. The government are allowing a window of one
month for retail transactions during this period both currencies can be
used, after which time old currency can be exchanged at High street and
Central Banks until 2012.
There are no gimmicks with our service; we do not offer cheap inspection
trips. If an offer appears to be too good to be true, it is!!
We can assist in finding cheap flights for you (on the open market)
and we can provide suitable accommodation during your stay at a reasonable
cost. We can even collect you from the airport and with your permission
we will take you to view properties. We will not be your shadow 24/7,
but will be there for you as you need us.
We will present suitable properties to you for your viewing and discuss
the relevant financial aspects of these with you.
Issues of a legal, financial and taxation nature should be handled
by the appropriate professional in that trade, and if you wish we can
assist you in appointing such people, who are licensed and regulated
by the Government and have no interest in the conveyance.
We do not take any of your financial, Credit card details, or take
any obligation payment or other fees. Our service is provided without
obligation.
We can assist you during your absence by taking staged photographs
of your home under construction and discussing options for finishing
décor and furnishings with you.
We believe our service is dynamic and yet very personal,
we retain independence from any individual builder or financial institution.
